Is there a DOA guarantee?

DOA (Dead on Arrival) will be covered by the overseas seller.

When your shipment arrives, normally the Transhipper will inspect the package for any DOA and inform you & seller if there are any deaths. You will then need to take this up yourself with your seller if a DOA does occur.

Almost all Indonesian sellers will have a DOA policy and will replace fish at no cost.

Its always better to check with them before buying.
