Refunds & DOA Policy
Refunds
FinFinders is a Marketplace made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. This means that each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds or exchanges. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
Typically Vendors do not refund live fish but rather will replace them if there is a DOA or DIT. In the case that the fish is not as expected, it is up to each indivdual vendor to come to an agreement with the buyer.
At this time FinFinders does not offer any RMA or refunds. However if you are unable to come to an agreement with your seller, you can contact our support at support@finfinders.shop and we will try to mediate and negociate a proper resolution.
