I Purchased my fish on FinFinders, now what?
Follow the instructions below to guide you.
Visit Help Center to find a Transhipper in your country.
Step 1 – Make Arrangements With Seller & Transhipper
When you purchased your fish on FinFinders you will have paid for the cost of the fish and the cost of transport & export fees from Indonesia to your country.
This will assure that your fish are sent in the commercial shipment to your country transhipper. (see list of transhippers in the Help Center)
Step 2 – Seller Registers Your Fish & Tracking
Once you know date and transhipper receiving your fish, your seller will register the fish with the Indonesian Transhipper JBG Transhipping and you will then be notified by JBG with the tracking code.
This tracking code will also be added to your FinFinders order.
Step 3 – Shipping Day
On the date of the shipment you will be notified by the Indonesian Transhipper JBG Transhipping of the status of your fish and when they ship to your appointed transhipper
Step 4 – Reception By Your Transhipper
On the set date of shipping arrival your Transhipper will inform you of the status and make necessary arrangements for either local pickup or to ship overnight to your address.
Step 5 – Delivery Of Your Fish
Congratualtions you should have received your fish your address!
